Extreme Pressure Solutions are the first company to invest into a mobile ultra high pressure test unit. Our test unit consists of a Hino Dutro which houses a safety containment unit for all hose pressure testing.

We are able to pressure test hoses up to 60,000PSI or 4100Bar. This mobile test facility also has provisions for hose re-end and new assembly building.

This makes a great package for our customers where we can travel to your site, complete 6 monthly routine testing and inspection of all hoses on site and repair them at the same time, all without one hose leaving the site. This service greatly reduces freight costs and downtime.
